Whether you’re looking to reduce stress or trying to figure out how to fit healthy living into your busy day-to-day schedule, you’re in the right place and you’re in good hands. I’ve worked with hundreds of women–women just like you–who wanted more for themselves and for their health but just couldn’t find a way to do it. They were busy, stressed, and always putting themselves last. And they were also suffering.

Suffering from stomach bloat and digestive issues, headaches, exhaustion, mood swings, anger, and low self-esteem to name a few. But it didn’t just stop there, they also didn’t know who or what to turn to. Traditional medicine wasn’t working, diets may have helped in the short term, but weren’t sustainable long term, and they were stuck and in need of a change. That’s where I came in. I met them where they were and together we found easy solutions to help them change their mindset around food, fitness and self-care. And that’s exactly what I continue to do for all of my clients because it’s about so much more than just weight loss.

Taunia May is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She’s also a certified Corporate Wellness Ambassador through Kelly Wellness, is an ACE certified group fitness instructor, a Physical Mind Institute (PMI) certified pilates mat instructor, a Yogafit Level II yoga instructor, a Bootybarre and bbarreless certified instructor, and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University.

Taunia works with women who want more for themselves and their health. She provides support and encouragement, and also a handful of tools, so that each of her clients get exactly what they need to finally live a healthy lifestyle. Each woman leaves knowing how to feel her best, knowing that it’s okay to have a piece of cake but that if she finds herself feeling sluggish or getting off track in the days that follow, that she can get back on track with the tools Taunia has given her. And that is huge for any woman looking to improve her health.

I came to Taunia after trying every diet out there. I have struggled with weight since my late 20s and have tried working out and a lot of diets, but nothing had truly helped. In working with Taunia for 6 months, I lost 25 lbs., but more importantly, I learned tips so I have more in my toolbox for dealing with stress in a healthy way, as well as understanding which foods drag me down and which ones energize me. Taunia had me write down what I ate so I could be held accountable to finding out what truly works for me. She works with everyone as an individual – not as a one size fits all as all other programs I’ve done have been. I would not have gained this insight and confidence without working with Taunia.


Unbeknownst to me, I suffered from a pretty serious gut problem known as leaky gut. I’d never even heard of it until this program. Immediately after I found out about it, I discussed it with my practitioner and sure enough – I had it. It was Taunia’s knowledge about the topic that helped me understand what I needed to do to start healing this issue and start feeling like myself again after five long years of dealing with it. I can’t thank her enough for this program.


I have been taking Taunia’s Barre class for about 5 months. I can’t say enough about how amazing my results have been! My flexibility, balance and muscle tone have improved immensely. This low impact, intense workout is a great way to get your body in shape and see continual results. Taunia is very accommodating for all fitness levels!
