I came to Taunia after trying every diet out there.  I have struggled with weight since my late 20’s and have tried working out and a lot of diets, but nothing had truly helped.  In working with Taunia for 6 months, I lost 25 lbs., but more importantly, I learned tips so I have more in my toolbox for dealing with stress in a healthy way, as well as understanding which foods drag me down and which ones energize me. Taunia had me write down what I ate so I could be held accountable to finding out what truly works for me.  She works with everyone as an individual – not as a one size fits all as all other programs I’ve done have been.  I would not have gained this insight and confidence without working with Taunia.


I decided to try out health coaching with Taunia on a whim, and it was the best decision I’ve made in a while. I never understood why I couldn’t eat vegetables until Taunia and her program taught me the concept of food combining for amazing digestion and nutrient assimilation. Now, I can eat all the vegetables I want without belly aches. I lost six pounds on the program and am going to do it again next season. It truly does make you feel brand new.


Unbeknownst to me, I suffered from a pretty serious gut problem known as leaky gut. I’d never even heard of it until this program. Immediately after I found out about it, I discussed it with my practitioner and sure enough – I had it. It was Taunia’s knowledge about the topic that helped me understand what I needed to do to start healing this issue and start feeling like myself again after five long years of dealing with it. I can’t thank her enough for this program.


I have been taking Taunia’s Barre class for about 5 months. I can’t say enough about how amazing my results have been! My flexibility, balance and muscle tone have improved immensely. This low impact, intense workout is a great way to get your body in shape and see continual results. Taunia is very accommodating for all fitness levels!
